Franklin Leon Trobaugh was born November 20, 1941 in Hestand, Kentucky to the late James Franklin and Zelma Mae (Smith) Trobaugh.
Franklin Leon Trobaugh was retired from Moss Saw Mills and was affiliated with the Macedonia Baptist Church.
